Additionally, it practices sustainable sourcing by ensuring all supplier are in respect to nature, (Kashmanian, 112).Second, the economic pillar seeks to uphold the independence of human communities towards achieving financial and resources for their satisfaction by ensuring the systems are stable and activities flow to all people. Unilever Global has aligned its mission towards achieving a favorable livelihood for all. The organization seeks to maintain f airness in the workplace by ensuring commensurate compensation, strict observance of employees rights, fair treatment of suppliers and business partners.
